Delivery Dates

You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is on its way.

Order delivery dates are not including unforeseen delays such as high mail volume, postal strikes, bad weather, etc.

Delivery Times

Domestic Delivery EU – Germany: Once shipping starts, it usually takes 3-8 working days.

Abroad Delivery EU – Abroad: Once shipping starts, it usually takes 5-10 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

How long does delivery take?

Once shipping begins, delivery can take up to 3-10 days, depending on your address. Please check the checkout page for details.

Shipment Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Note

All orders must be checked for any obvious damage within 30 days of receipt and any claim must be reported to customer care within this time frame  including your order number and a short description of the issue, along with pictures.

Order Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policies

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order under our cancellation policy here.

EU Returns

Returns of the GLAMOUR Advent Calendar are the customer's responsibility. Please note that the return shipment must be at your own expense and correctly prepaid by you. You have the legal right to return within 14 days of receiving your product. 

Follow these steps for returns:

Place the items in their original packaging. You must return the product in their original condition.

Print the order confirmation and enclose it to the package.

Seal the shipping box carefully and send it to:

Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving and approving the returned items. All refunds are credited to the original payment method.

How is my money refunded?

Refunds are always credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary between payment providers:

Credit Card: The linked bank account will be credited.

PayPal: Funds will be returned to your PayPal account. You can then decide whether to keep the funds in PayPal or transfer them to your linked bank account. For more details, refer to PayPal’s Terms and Conditions.

EU Claims

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact support@glamour.de within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a short description of the issue, along with pictures.
