How does the glamour Beauty Box work?

What comes in my Glamour Beauty Box?

Get ready for the best in beauty! Each box comes with 6-7 editor-curated products (sometimes more!). Our editors hand-pick a mix of luxury and indie brands for every single box. Keep an eye out for extra goodies! Sometimes we throw in a bonus product (or two!), just because we adore you.

Which box will I get when I sign up?

If you buy the one-off Glamour Beauty Box, you will get the specific box in which you purchase or subscribe for. Check out the products you will receive on our website.

If you acquire the quarterly or annual subscription, you will receive one box every three months from the date which you received the first box. We offer 4 boxes per year, one per quarter from the date we launch. Depending on when you get the quarterly subscription, you will receive the box of the current quarter or the box of the next quarter. Check on our website when you will receive your first box.

What happens when a box is sold out?

It doesn't happen often, but if a box goes crazy viral and sells out, new members will receive the next quarters's box for their first box. If that's the case, we'll let you know during your checkout process. If you are acquiring a subscription, your Glamour Beauty Box subscription would start with next quarter's box.

When can I find out what's coming in my box?

When should I update my account details for next quarter's box?

If you need to make any changes to your account, be sure to make those edits by the last day of the month before the date which is due to be shipped. For example, if you need to change your account details for the October Box, make any changes to your account by 11:59PM GMT on September 30th.

How long will I be a Glamour Beauty Box Member? When does my membership expire?

If you acquire a quarterly subscription, you will get your Glamour Beauty Box every three  months since the date of receiving your first box. Your subscription automatically renews every three months at your current rate. If your membership rate changes, we'll email you at least  14 days before your renewal.

If you acquire an annual subscription, you will get your Glamour Beauty Box every three months since the starting date. Your subscription automatically renews every year at your current rate. If your membership rate changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before your renewal.

Can I change my subscription term (from quarterly to yearly or vice versa)?

You call the shots. If you'd like to modify your subscription term, you can either

Can I skip a box?

Of course, gorgeous. You're in charge of your membership and if you want to skip a box, you've got the power. To skip a box, just pick one of these options...

Can I have two or more Glamour Beauty Box subscriptions?

Ok, we love your love for your Glamour Beauty Box! But because of the way we create our membership, we unfortunately can't offer more than one subscription for each member.

Billing

How do promotional codes work?

The TAKEMYMONEY offer begins on 21/08/24 and is valid for new subscribers only until 20/09/24. Apply code at checkout to get £20 off your first box. Promotional code is one use only per customer and cannot be combined with other offers or codes. Prior purchases cannot be adjusted. Additional restrictions may apply.

How much does a Glamour Beauty Box cost?

So much goodness, for such a fabulous deal!

What payment method can I use to sign up for a membership?

When will I be billed for my Glamour Beauty Box membership renewal?

Renewal only applies to subscriptions:

Quarterly subscription: renewal will take place on the 1st of the month, every 3 months For example, if you acquire your subscription on January 1st, your subscription will be renewed on: April 1st, July 1st,  October 1st and so on. 

Annual subscription: you'll receive a renewal notice 30 days before your annual renewal.

What happens to my membership if you can't successfully bill me for my next renewal term?

If we're not able to bill you after multiple attempts, your subscription will be cancelled. But fear not, sweetness! You can always reactivate your account online or by reaching out to customer care, or by logging in to your account here: https://shopglamour.co.uk/

Shipping & Tracking

How much does shipping cost?

You're already covered! The cost of your one-off purchase Glamour Beauty Box already includes shipping costs. 

If you're getting your box delivered to UK off-shore islands, there will be additional costs for shipping and handling.

Do you ship Glamour Beauty Boxes to international addresses?

Unfortunately we don't ship outside the UK.

How can I track my package?

As soon as we get your order on its way, you'll get an email from us with your tracking info.

When does the Glamour Beauty Box ship?

We know you want your fabulous box ASAP! We ship your order within 2-4 Business Days from when we process it. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, so sometimes we're able to get it into your lovely hands even sooner.

I never received my box...now what?

Uh oh! Let's figure it out together. First, check your tracking details to locate your order. If the tracking status says that the package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us on our Customer Care Team at: help@shopglamour.co.uk 

If your tracking status says that the package hasn't moved for 5 days since the last status update, please contact us and we'll get it sorted out.

Products

Can I choose the products in my box?

We let the Glamour editors work their magic and curate every box. We take this unique approach because our experts have access to the top products in the beauty market, and we want to bring you the best of the best.

I am allergic to one of the products in my box. What should I do?

We recommend that you test out new products before using them. Before you apply any new product to your gorgeous skin, locate a small and inconspicuous area to test (like behind your ear or near your hairline). If you notice an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact a medical professional. If you already applied the product generously and didn't test, please stop using the product right away and get in touch with a medical professional.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return my box?

We only permit returns in specific circumstances:

  1. If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed.
  2. If we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product and you don’t wish to proceed or there is an issue with the supply or delivery of the product. 

We hope this doesn’t happen but if it does, please contact our Customer Care Team at: help@shopglamour.co.uk, they would be more than happy to help you.

Can I change my mind?

You have the right to change your mind about the product within 14 days after the date you received your stand-alone box. To exercise this right please contact our Customer Care Team at help@glamourbeautybox.co.uk, they will give you further instructions.

Please note your box must be unopened and in its original condition. You cannot exercise this right once the box has been opened.

We will pay the costs of return if specific circumstances apply. In other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.

My box and/or some of its contents arrived damaged. Can I get replacements?

Oh no! We want you to have a flawless experience every time. So, if you ever get products that are damaged, please contact our customer care team and we'll make it right. Please contact us on +44 77 0010 4526 (Hours of Operation are Monday - Sunday between 2pm-10pm GMT) or send an email to our Customer Care Team at: help@shopglamour.co.uk. We may require you to send a photo of the order and a description of the damage.

One of the items is missing from my box. Can I get it sent to me separately?

Every box comes with an insert that lists out what comes in that box. So, if something listed is not in your box, please contact us and we'll ship you the product right away!

I just cancelled my subscription. Will I still receive my replacement item?

We're crying tears of heartache. The Beauty Box just won't be the same without you! But yes, of course, you'll still get your replacement item. Just be sure to request your replacement item before you cancel.

Subscription Cancellations

Can I cancel my subscription? 

Quarterly subscribers: you can cancel your subscription at any time but to avoid any charges, please make sure you cancel no later than the 24h before the next renewal date. For example, if you acquire your quarterly subscription on June 15, 2024, your next renewal date will be October 1, 2024, so you should cancel at the latest on 30 September, 2024

Annual Subscribers: we'll email you 30 days before your renewal date with your membership charge information. Be sure to cancel your membership before the renewal date in that email to avoid any charges.

*Please note: once your membership renews, you won't be able to cancel your current term*

I paid for my box but cancelled my subscription right after. Will I still receive my box?

Leaving the party so soon? All good, we get it. Yes, you'll absolutely get any boxes that you've already paid for.
