These Terms

  • What these Terms cover. These are the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and supply of the Glamour Beauty Box, both the one-off purchase or as part of a subscription (the “Product”). 
  • Why you should read them. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order to us via https://shopglamour.co.uk/ (the “Platform”). These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the Product to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these Terms, please contact us to discuss.

  • Who we are. We are Conde Nast Publications Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 00226900 and our registered office is at The Adelphi, 1-11 John Adam Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2N 6HT.

Acceptance of these Terms

  • Your agreement to the Terms. These Terms govern your purchase of the Product via the Platform and by purchasing  the Product from the Platform you are deemed to accept and be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
  • Changes to these Terms. We may amend these Terms from time to time, including adding new rules or terms governing the purchase of the Product from the Platform or to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.  Please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. To assist you in determining whether the Terms have changed since your most recent order the date when they were most recently updated will be displayed at the top of the Terms. 

Other terms which may apply to you. These Terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Platform:

  • Our Privacy Policy which sets out how we use your personal information; and
  • Our User Terms which governs your use of the Platform.

Our contract with you

  • All information on our Platform is an invitation to treat only and is not an offer or unilateral contract. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the Product from us on the Terms. All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason whatsoever without liability to you, unless we are not permitted to do so under statutory law.
  • How we will accept your order. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email including the order number, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. 
  • If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Product. This might be because the Product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Product, because your payment method has been declined, because the delivery address you have provided is not a valid shipping address or because shipping restrictions apply.
  • Registration. When placing an order for the first time, you may be offered the option to register with us and will be required to complete certain required fields on an order form. We may provide you with and/or ask you to use identifications and passwords and other means for you to be able to access certain areas of the Platform, such as the My Account section. 
  • Problems with ordering. In the event prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Platform to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such a case, you will be required to re-enter your selection. Please note that items in your shopping basket and on your wishlist are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
  • We only sell to mainland UK. Our Platform is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. If you make an order from UK off-shore islands, there may be additional costs. 
  • Age restrictions. The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 16, and such users are expressly prohibited from purchasing products, or registering for an account, and by taking such actions you agree, represent, warrant, covenant and guarantee that you are 16 years of age or older. 
  • Our products
  • Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Platform are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your Product may vary slightly from those images. 
  • Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the Product may vary from that shown in images on our Platform.
  • Products may contain instructions for use. Please read them carefully before using the products. 

Subscription Orders

  • We will try to process your subscription order promptly but cannot guarantee activation by any specified time. We may reject any subscription order at our discretion. You confirm that your sign up and payment details are complete and accurate, and that you are entitled to purchase a Subscription using those sign up and payment details.
  • It is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to your sign up details on your account at https://shopglamour.co.uk/. Each subscription is for a single user only. We may cancel or suspend your subscription account if you share your access rights with any third parties.
  • You agree to pay the subscription fees at the rates and in the currency displayed during the subscription process. Prices may vary from time to time and by country, and subscriptions may be available on a one-off or monthly basis.  Discount offers are as stated at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated are inclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT) or other sales taxes. The breakdown of any VAT will be indicated on the relevant invoice.
  • If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your subscription. 
  • We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any increase in the price of your subscription, which will take effect at your next renewal date.
  • If we incorrectly state a price online or otherwise, we are not obliged to provide you with a subscription at that price, even if we have mistakenly accepted your offer to buy a subscription. If we notify you of a pricing error, you may cancel the subscription and we will refund you any money paid, or you may pay the correct price. If you do neither, we may cancel your subscription and refund any money you have paid. We will always act in good faith in determining whether a genuine pricing error has occurred.
  • If you are entitled to a refund we will credit that refund to the card or other payment method you used to submit payment, unless it has expired in which case we will contact you to arrange.

Providing the Product 

  • Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Platform.
  • When we will provide the Product. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the Product to you. If the products are ongoing services or subscriptions, we will also tell you during the order process when and how you can end the contract. In limited circumstances some products of the Beauty Box may arrive at a different time for reasons outside our control (e.g. supplier’s issues), we will inform you when this happens. 
  • If the products are a subscription to receive goods or digital content. We will supply the services, goods or digital content to you until either the services are completed or the subscription expires (if applicable) or you end the contract or we end the contract by written notice as described in these terms.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Product is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. 
  • If you are not at home when the Product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Product cannot be posted through your letterbox, we or our delivery provider will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the Product from a local depot.
  • If you do not re-arrange delivery. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we or our delivery provider will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and 10.1 will apply.
  • Ending the contract for late delivery. If you do choose to treat the contract as at an end as a result of late delivery, you can cancel your order for any of the goods or reject goods that have been delivered. Please email us at help@shopglamour.co.uk for further information on hope to cancel for late delivery.
  • When you become responsible for the goods. The  Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver it to the address you gave us. Once the Product has been received by you all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Product shall pass to you.
  • When you own goods. You will own the Product once we have received payment in full.
  • Reasons we may suspend the supply of products to you. We may have to suspend the supply of a product to:
  • deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes; or
  • comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Your rights if we suspend the supply of products. We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of a product, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the product, we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for products while they are suspended. You may contact us to end the contract for a product if we suspend it, or tell you we are going to suspend it, in each case for a period of more than one (1) month and we will refund any sums you have paid for the product in advance.

Your rights to end the contract. You can end your contract with us in the following circumstances:

  • If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back);
  • If you want to end the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do. The contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:
  • we have told you about an error in the price or description of the Product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
  • there is a risk that supply of the Product may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control; or
  • we have suspended supply of the Product for technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons;
  • If you have changed your mind about the product (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your product and receive a refund (minus any deductions or delivery costs if applicable). If you have acquired a subscription, your right to change your mind will apply only to the first box.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted products for reasons other than those set out above. If you try to return a product when you do not have the right to end your contract with us, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs. 

How to end the contract with us (including if you have changed your mind)

  • Tell us you want to end the contract. To end the contract with us, please let us know by contacting us on +44 77 0010 4526 (Hours of Operation are Monday - Sunday between 2pm-10pm GMT). Alternatively, please email us at . Please provide your name, home address, order number, your phone number and email address. 
  • Returning products after ending the contract. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us in their original condition with unopened packaging. Our Customer Care Team will let you know how to return any products. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract. Please note we do not accept a partial return of the Product and you must return the Product with the complete selection of goods in order to receive a refund. 
  • When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return:
  • if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or
  • if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong. 
  • If the circumstances in (a) or (b) apply, please email help@shopglamour.co.uk for assistance with payment. In all other circumstances, you must pay the costs of return.
  • How we will refund you.  When we receive your returned Product we will check that none of the items have been opened and that they are in their original condition. If this is the case, we will refund you the price you paid for the Product, by the method you used for payment. We may make deductions from the price, as described below.
  • Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. Alternatively, if a product is returned to us used, incomplete, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, we may not be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the product back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • Fair use. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, for example if we suspect that you are ordering and returning unusual volumes of products, we may suspend your access to the Platform without liability to you, if in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary for safeguarding the Platform. 
  • When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.

Our rights to end the contract. We may end the contract at any time by writing to you if:

  • you break the contract; or
  • your payment method is declined; or
  • you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you. 

How to tell us about problems with the Product. If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us. If a product is faulty or missing, please contact us as soon as you discover it and in any case within 14 days after receiving the box. You can write to us at help@shopglamour.co.uk

Price and payment

  • Where to find the price for the product. The price of the Product (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. 
  • We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
  • When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay & ApplePay. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch the products to you.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

  • We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you notified us of it during the sales process.
  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
  • We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Competition Terms & Conditions 

  1. General

    1. These terms and conditions (which we will refer to as the “Specific Terms”) will govern the Glamour Beauty Box x Simple prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). These Specific Terms and the General Terms (available here: UK Competition Terms and Conditions) (together, the “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the Prize Draw. In the event of any contradiction between the General Terms and the Specific Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. By entering into the Prize Draw, you agree to these Specific Terms and the General Terms.

    2. The promoter of the Prize Draw is the Condé Nast Publications Limited, company number 00226900, whose registered office address is at The Adelphi, 1-11 John Adam Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2N 6HT (the “Promoter”). 

  2. Closing Date

    1. The Prize Draw opens at 13:00pm GMT on 09/01/2026 and closes at 13:00pm on 23/01/2026 (the “Closing Date’).

    2. Any entries received after the Closing Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

  3. Entrant restrictions

    1. The Prize Draw is open to permanent residents of the United Kingdom only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry (“Eligible Participants”).

    2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or associated persons of the Promoter or any associated companies, or any person professionally associated with the promotion.

    3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants by requesting a valid form of I.D., and to withdraw prize entitlement and/or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable ground to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of the Prize Draw’s entry requirements. 

  4. Route of entry 

    1. Entry is free of charge. No purchase necessary. Internet access is required.

    2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are lost or delayed, or not received for any reason, or any damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other causes. 

    3. The Promoter is not liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this Prize Draw misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the Prize Draw.

    4. Entrants are responsible for providing correct contact details and information as and when requested. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited if the Promoter is unable to contact the winner. 

    5. No more than one entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw (including not limited to) setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

  5. Prize Draw details

    1. A one year’s free annual subscription (including free UK delivery) to the Glamour Beauty Box, worth £145. The winner will receive a Glamour Beauty Box every 2 months for one year (6 boxes in total). 

    2. A collection of Simple products worth over £100, being the Smooth+ Gel Cleanser (£8.99); Purify+ Gel Cleanser (£8.99); Repair+ Cream Cleanser (£8.99); Smooth+ Niacinamide Serum( £9.99); Hydrate+ Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin B5 Serum (£9.99); Repair+ Pro-Ceramides + Omega Serum (£9.99); Glow+ Brightening Cream (£9.99); Repair+ Rich Cream (£9.99); Age Resist+ Day Cream SPF 15 (£9.99); Age Resist+ Night Cream (£9.99); and Hydrate+ Gel Cream (£9.99).

    1. All qualifying entries will be placed in a free prize draw.

    2. The winner will be drawn by a random computer generator after the Closing Date.

    3. Winners will be notified to the email address within 28 days of the prize draw taking place. They will have 14 days to claim the prize, after which if not claimed, another winner will be chosen at random through the same process. If the alternative winner fails to claim the prize, the process shall repeat until a winner has responded. 

    4. The Promoter’s determination of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    5. The prize entitles the winner to:

    6. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered in whole or in part. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or claimed by any third party on the winner’s behalf. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative product of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances. 

    7. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with winning the prize unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. 

    8. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  6. Winner notification

    1. The winner shall be notified by email to the email address used for entry, which will include full instructions on how to claim the prize. 

    2. The winner will be required to provide their postal address in order to be able to receive the prize.

    3. Any inaccuracy in the contact details or postal details provided may delay or prevent delivery and the Promoter is not liable for such delay or non-delivery. Any items returned to sender will be considered unwanted.

  7. Governing Law

    1. This Prize Draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
