All orders: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available

  • UK Mainland delivery: Free shipping for orders over £125

  • EUR delivery: Free delivery. Taxes and duties calculated at checkout.

Please note that order processing may take 1-2 working days for the UK and 3-5 working days for orders delivered to Europe due to the high demand and influx of orders.

Order delivery dates are not including delays such as postal strikes, bad weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the delivery times, please contact us at the email on the bottom of the page.

Delivery Dates:

  • UK Mainland: Delivery starts shipping from shipping from 3rd November 2025.

  • EUR: Delivery starts shipping from mid November 2025

Your order will be delivered within your chosen delivery window selected at time of purchase, except where stated otherwise in these Terms. 

Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Delivery: Including processing, usually takes 3-7 working days.

  • International Delivery: Including processing, usually takes 3-10 working days.

Shipping Details:

  1. Where do we ship to?

    • We sell the Glamour Festive Calendar from our UK site. We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Cyprus, United Kingdom mainland (excluding Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). 

    • United Kingdom: Free shipping for orders over £125.

    • Europe: Free delivery. Taxes and duties calculated at checkout.

    • Customers are responsible for any duties & tax (if applicable). 

  2. How long does delivery take?

  • Your calendar will be delivered within your chosen delivery window, unless you have placed an order in the sale, in which case delivery can take up to 10 days. 

  • Depending on your address, delivery can take up to 10 days. Please check the checkout page for details. Orders are processed and shipped during our working hours, 8 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Order delivery dates do not include delays such as postal strikes, bad weather, etc. We are not responsible for late or lost orders as a result of circumstances outside our control. 

  1. Shipment Tracking:

    • A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.

  2. Delivery Note:

  • All orders must be checked for any obvious damage within 30 days of receipt and any claim must be reported to customer care within this time frame  including your order number and a short description of the issue, along with pictures.

Order Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policies:

  1. Can I cancel my order?

    • You have the right to cancel your order under our cancellation policy [here]

    • You can also cancel your order anytime up to 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery window. Orders cancelled after 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery window will still be shipped. Returns after your product has been shipped can be made in accordance with the process below. 

    • Costs of return will be your responsibility, except where stated otherwise in the cancellation policy [HERE]. 

  2. UK  Returns:

    • Contact customer service at  help@shopglamour.co.uk or +44 77 0010 4526 (Hours of Operation are Monday - Sunday between 2pm-10pm GMT).

    • Place the items in their original packaging.

    • Seal the shipping box carefully and send it to:

    • Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving and approving the returned items. All refunds are credited to the original payment method.We may deduct from the refund amount if the goods' value has been reduced due to handling beyond what is permitted in a store.

    • Returns of the GLAMOUR Festive Calendar are the customer's responsibility. Follow these steps for returns:

  7. How is my money refunded?

    • Credit Card: The linked bank account will be credited.

    • PayPal: Funds will be returned to your PayPal account. You can then decide whether to keep the funds in PayPal or transfer them to your linked bank account. For more details, refer to PayPal’s Terms and Conditions.

    • Refunds are always credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary between payment providers:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, for UK orders, please contact help@shopglamour.co.uk within 1 day of delivery, including your order number and a short description of the issue, along with pictures. For orders shipped to Europe, please contact support@glamour.de, including your order number and a short description of the issue, along with pictures.

Cancellation Rights

You have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your product and receive a refund. To end the contract with us within this period, for UK orders, please email us at help@shopglamour.co.uk or call  +44 77 0010 4526 (Hours of Operation are Monday - Sunday between 2pm-10pm GMT). For orders shipped to Europe, please contact support@glamour.de

Include your name, home address, order number, phone number, and email address. 

You can also cancel your order anytime up to 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery window. Orders cancelled after 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery window will still be shipped. 

If you cancel the contract after the products have been dispatched or received, you must return them in their original condition and packaging. For UK orders, please email help@shopglamour.co.uk to request a return. For orders shipped to Europe, please contact support@glamour.de.  You are responsible for all costs incurred when returning the goods to our UK distribution centre, Dynamic Merchandise, or, if you have shipped to Europe, our German distribution centre MOODJA.

Consequences of Cancellation

  • If you are exercising your right to change your mind within 14 days, you will need to pay the return costs.

  • We will cover the return costs if:

    • The products are faulty or misdescribed.

    • You are ending the contract due to an error in pricing or description.

    • There has been a delivery delay due to events outside our control.

    • You have a legal right to do so because of something we have done wrong.

  • In all other circumstances, you are responsible for paying the return costs.

We will refund the price you paid for the products using the original payment method. However, we may deduct from the refund amount if the goods' value has been reduced due to handling beyond what is permitted in a store.

We will process any refunds due as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, your refund will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, from the day you provide proof that you have sent the product back to us.
